Updating the Virtual Appliance License File
Over time it may become necessary to apply a new license file to your PrinterLogic Virtual Appliance. The following steps will guide you through this process.
Pre-requisites

Download the new license file to your Virtual Appliance machine.
Connect to the Network Share

Open your File Explorer.

Right-click on your machine in the left pane.

Select Map a Network Drive.

In the Wizard that opens, in the Drive field, select the appropriate drive letter.

In the Folder field, enter the IP address of your network drive hosted on your Virtual Appliance in the form of \\<server_IP or hostname>\<Share> where Server_IP or hostname is the IP address or hostname of your drive, and Share is the name of the share you want to add. Example: \\va.example.net\appliance-storage

Select the box for Connect using different credentials.

Select Finish.

In the sign in modal, depending on your OS, you may need to select the option to Use a different account.

Enter your credentials ensuring to use \ before the login name to prevent authentication to your domain. Example: \admin

Click on OK.
Apply the License File

In the Network Share, navigate to appliance-storage\pi\storage

Paste the license file in this location.
