macOS System Information
Here we provide some important information about using Virtual Appliance with macOS systems.
Reset Printing System Option
We strongly discourage the use of the Reset Printing System... option, available from the context menu on the Printers & Scanners section of the macOS Settings.
It's essential to understand that this action carries significant consequences, including removing all printers, deleting locally stored print job information, and eliminating printer presets.
If, for any reason, the Reset Printing System... is selected, you are required to uninstall and reinstall the Virtual Appliance macOS Client to properly function.
Before you consider using the Reset Printing System... option, contact Product Support for guidance. By following these recommendations, you can maintain a stable printing environment on macOS and avoid potential issues.
For assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact Product Support. We are here to help and provide guidance in navigating any challenges.
