Logging In With An Identity Provider (IdP)

In addition to legacy login options like Active Directory, PrinterLogic also supports modern Identity Provider (IdP) authentication methods such as Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta.

Logging in with your IdP credentials ensures that you are allowed to release pull and secure print jobs, access the Self-service Portal, and receive automatic printer deployments. If you use an IdP to sign-in to a device with the client installed, and the IdP is configured in the Admin Console, the client will see those credentials and automatically log you into the client. The information below covers manually signing in and out of the client and Self-service Portal when using an IdP.
